Bringing Centrum Wyceny Mienia to life in 2005 was the coping stone of over ten years of endeavors in building relationships in the world of real estates and investment goods in the broad sense by the team of Biuro Techniczno-Inżynieryjne ('Technicians' and Engineers' Office?). CWM took advantage of rich and extensive experience in areas of property valuation and investment consultancy, and benefited from active contacts with research & development institutions as well as from its consistent policy of self-development. As a team, we are recognized and highly regarded by actors of real estates market, business people and public entities.

Centrum Wyceny Mienia Sp. z o.o. renders services in respect of property valuation, real estate transactions, organizational & legal consultancy and real estate market analysis. Our professional interests cover also valuations of companies and businesses, and these are always performed in close cooperation of our property valuers with financial advisors and academics. Within the scope of cooperation with banks and bank-related organizations we carry out analyses of investment execution correctness and evaluate the advancement of construction works for the purpose of making credit tranches available to investors. Another separate segment of our operation covers architectural services and issuance of technical opinions and evaluations.
